	Risk Management Briefing Note 'Compliance with ATEX Legislation' on the key obligations on employers under the ATEX Directives - 1994/09/EC & 1999/92/EC - often referred to as the ATEX Manufacturers Directive and the ATEX Users Directive respectively.
